GENERAL PREVENTIVE SERVICE OF ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY (EMC) AND ELECTRICAL SAFETY
The optimal design of a product following the methodology of EMC, must be considered from the beginning of its definition. If the EMC is ignored in the beginning, when the problem appears during the final tests in the laboratory, the solutions are always more expensive and unsatisfactory. When the development is in progress, the possibility of applying the rules of optimal EMC design is reduced and the costs increase. Our experience shows that the application of the rules of optimal EMC design can solve between the 80% and 90% of the problems.
This preventive service allows to take into account the rules of optimal EMC design methodology from the first stages of the development of a new product. It includes regular reviews during the product development until just before reaching the tests of CE conformity. This service takes into account the standards of electromagnetic emissions and immunity. Optionally you can also consider electrical safety standards.
